December 2017 CAPE Position Paper – Learning About Learning

In September 2017 the Ontario Ministry of Education announced a program of renewal in education. Led by Dr. Carol Campbell and the Premier’s six Education Advisors, a series of online and public consultations were hosted to guide the modernization of student assessment and reporting tools and strategies. CAPE was pleased to be able to contribute thinking based on past member interactions.

December 2013. CAPE Position Paper – From Great to Excellent

In 2013 the Ontario Ministry of Education sought input into its discussion, ‘Building the Next Phase in Ontario’s Education Strategy‘. This is both an exciting and critical time for primary education in Ontario and CAPE is pleased to add its voice to this important discussion.

  1. Learning About Learning shares an excellent vision for improving the learning of students from pre-K to Grade 8 in Ontario Schools. I appreciate the integrative approach based in the four frames, and appreciate the work CAPE is doing to support Primary educators in their learning journeys.
